This is the first part of a 4 part workshop called a Journey thru the Steps led by Don M who got sober in 1981. This was held sometime in 2003 in Daytona Florida, and thats about all I know about this event.
Update: A large number of folks emailed about wanting all of this workshop, so many, that I did some quick editing and rescheduling (this ep. went live Nov 20). The full workshop was published on Nov 22, so just scroll up (or down) a little.

If you are fairly new to AA you may not of heard of Joe and Charlie but you will eventually. They are a pair of the much loved characters we have in AA, they have hosted 12 step workshops all over the US and the world over many years. This is the first part of one of them it runs about 90 min (it ends a bit abruptly), they always do an amazing and consistent job at explaining the big book. This is just one part but there are full versions of this on the podcast already, they always vary a little so when I get a nice recording like this one is (from 2003) I dont mind a bit of overlap.

Aug 30th I posted one part of this 4th Step Workshop and had many emails asking for the rest of it, so this is the full 5 part workshop totaling just under 5 hours.
Rick and Bob are the workshop leads, it was held in Mankato Minnesota in 2008, I dont have any other information about this workshop. The audio quality is good but there is some mike noise as each section starts, it doesnt last more than 45 seconds or so. There are some audibility issues as they do Q & A throughout the sessions but the answers make the inaudible questions fairly clear and lastly, I put a brief click track between parts.
