Mark H is sharing on the topic of Recovery, Spirituality, Meditation and the Steps at an event held in Cabo Mexico in 2008. I had part one up yesterday and many of you emailed about wanting the entire thing so I rearranged and this is the entire 3.5 hours in one episode, parts 1-3.If you dont want to re-listen to part one jump ahead 1:15. Mark has done many speaks and workshops over the years.
Update on the discussion survey from the last week, I was surprised by how many people responded (thank you for doing that) the vast majority were in favor of it, so I am going to move forward with it. It will be a private forum, that was in the lead by quite a bit followed by discord then a facebook group and all the rest after that. It surprised me a bit I was thinking it would be discord but it was a distant second. It will take me a couple of weeks to get it set up, forums have a million settings to tweak and Ill make it as private as I can. I will let you know as soon as its ready, again thank you.

I cleaned this audio up as best I could but there comes a point that removing any more of the background hiss and he starts sounding like a mouse talking. I got the majority out but there is a bit of hiss in this.
Sandy is the leader of this workshop covering the steps this part is steps 10-12, this is part 4 of a four part series where he goes through all 12 steps steps. For those of you unfamiliar with Sandy he was a hugely popular AA speaker, during his time.
I was thinking of adding a forum or discord so folks can discuss the speaks or whatever sober related. It would be private, I want to know if you would be into that? I put a survey up to get your opinion and would be very grateful if you would take the one question survey. https://scast.us/discuss

We have two speakers today, both from the Plymouth Road to Recovery group in the UK. First up is Amy celebrating 20 years of sobriety, her speak is from August of 2023. Next we have Chris, also celebrating 20 years sober, recorded at the same group one month later in September of 2023.
