This two part workshop on Emotional Sobriety was led by Joe & Charlie (yes that Joe and Charlie) along with John W, it was held at the Wilson House in 1990. This ends a little abruptly but it picks up in part 2. Part 1 of 2. Sorry for the late post on this one, apparently I cant tell am from pm when scheduling. Repost from mid 2020.

Alabam C is from Hollywood CA, she became sober in 1953 and she is telling her story at the 41st Tyler Anniversary in Tyler TX in 1988, she has a great sense of humor and carries quite a message. Repost from summer 2019

This is the full 8 hour presentation of: A Mind Power Disease by Bob A, he is one of the folks that founded the Prime Time groups out of Los Angeles. He is speaking at a Retreat held in Auburn California in August 1994, he was 43 years sober at the time of this event.
Last month I put up part one and a ton of you emailed asking for the rest of the workshop, so here it is all 7 parts and 8 hours long. This jumps right in and it also ends a bit abruptly .
The audio quality of this was all over the map and it took forever to get it edited and evened out, overall its good with a few short fuzzy spots. I put about one second of click track between each of the 7 sessions so you know where they stop and start, and lastly if you are bandwidth aware you might want to grab this on wifi its about 250 megs.

This panel meeting is a bit of AA history as well as a good speak from three excellent speakers. We have Polly P, Peter and then Lorna speaking on the topic of "The Language of the Heart" at the AA International Convention held in San Diego California in 1995.
I have a very tiny a personnel connection to this one, I was at this meeting and many years later lived in the same town as Polly and would run into her at meetings, but never put it together until I listened to this and thought... that sounds like Polly P. I had no idea she was one of the speakers I listened to that night.
If you have never been to one of AA's International Conventions I would suggest it if you possibly can, its an amazing experience. The next one is in Vancouver Canada... Ill see you there! July 3 - 6 2025.

I recently got a message from a listener saying its been a while and asking for some Sandy B, so here you go Marcos.
Sandy B is from Tampa Florida and today we have him speaking at the 56th annual Florida State Convention held in Palm Harbor in August of 2012, he was 48 years sober at the time of this speak and if you are unfamiliar with Sandy he was a very popular speaker for literally decades.
Check out the event list for new listings, an LGBTQ conference that looks like a lot of fun in West Hollywood on Memorial Day weekend and if you are on the other side of the country I just added the Way of Life Conference happening in June in Palm Beach Gardens Florida. Lastly I got an email from Dante at the Friends in Recovery Roundup down in South Africa and they just added their schedules and zoom info for this free event, you can find that link below and on the FIR website.
