This is part of a one day workshop led by Bob D from Las Vegas speaking on the topic of How to Recover, at an in-person Big Book workshop held in Scarborough in August of 2022. He covers through Step 1 and I do not have the rest of this workshop. I have looked around and cant find a full copy, if any of you have it and you would care to share it please email me, otherwise this is what it is.

Sandy B and Bob B lead this workshop on the topic of: There Is a Solution. I have no information about this workshop other than it was recorded in 2004. Sandy B is a very well known speaker in AA and did speaks and led workshops all over the world for many years. There is some Q & A toward the end and it is impossible to hear the questions, I removed the dead gaps of the questions so they jump right to answers, you can pretty much understand the question by the answer.
About once a year I get an email asking me why in the podcast opening do I say that this "Is a podcast for men". I just got another and thought I might try to put this to rest, I am NOT saying that, I am saying "In a podcast format". When I listen to it nothing about it sounds like Im saying "for men" rather than "format" but apparently some of you hear "for men" I assure you the word is format!

AA Beginners Class: Mike takes a group all the way through the steps over a period of four weeks. This is a repost from July of 2017
This is based on AA beginners classes popular in the 1940s that were conducted by different groups of AA. I was a little fascinated by this bit of AA history I knew nothing about. I did a little research and have reprinted a lengthy article about the beginner classes here: https://scast.us/begin
There are a number of questions asked during the workshop that are impossible to hear, but the answers make most of the questions fairly clear. Recorded in 2009, this workshop is 4 hrs long.

It is impossible to discuss forgiveness without discussing the things that need forgiving, so if you are someone that has difficulty with difficult subjects you might want to choose a different episode. This is an interesting speak by Chris S, he goes through Bills Story in the Big Book to a great degree line by line. He also contrasts it from earlier versions that never made it into the published version of the big book. I dont know exactly where or when this was recorded other than it was a Founders Day Tribute held sometime in 2013.
