I ran a series on this topic just about a month ago and this is a quick 2 day workshop on the same topic to offer another perspective.

This is part 2 of a 2 part workshop on the topic of Emotional Sobriety conducted by Polly P, she was 33 years sober at the time of this workshop.

You might notice a slight audio artifact here and there, this had some sort of electronic feedback in much of the file. I got the majority of it out but there are a couple of remnants.
