Ann Marie is the opening presenter on Step 8, she is followed by Dave presenting on Step 9 at the 4th Annual Firing Line Big Book Workshop held in Warwick New York in September of 2012. There is Q & A at the end, I removed a lot of dead air between questions that you cant hear, however they do a nice job of recapping before answering.
